All emails are answered promptly often within an hour and certainly within 24 hours. The phoneline is for orders only and you will be advised to email if you wish to request any replacement items or alternatively an email will be sent on your behalf if you do not have access to a computer.
The Miniciggy Lifetime Replacement Policy applies only to Miniciggy electronic components and does not apply to consumable products, namely cartomisers The Miniciggy Lifetime Replacement policy was introduced in April 2015 and is to replace batteries previously purchased by the customer from that date which either no longer work or are degraded to the point where they could not reasonably be used.
We may require the goods being replaced to be returned for further investigation. Please hold on to any items you want replaced until Miniciggy has advised for them to either be returned or disposed of. While items will normally be replaced straight away it is however entirely at the discretion of Miniciggy as to whether items are replaced before receiving returns or not. Cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer however, we will more than likely provide a prepaid returns label in most cases.
Customers can email us for the return address if required If returns have been requested by Miniciggy and are not received then Miniciggy will insist returns are received before replacement on the next occasion. Purchasers should be aware that our electronic cigarette batteries and chargers, although made to the highest standards, are functional devices, which will fail and degrade over a period of time dependent on usage. If you look after and maintain batteries reasonably well there is no reason why they shouldn’t last 12 months plus.
We are happy to provide information on maintaining batteries and chargers anytime you require it.
To qualify for the Miniciggy Battery & Charger Replacement Policy the product(s) must have been purchased directly from Miniciggy, and you must have bought Miniciggy Cartomisers within the last 60 Days. If you order in bulk and therefore wouldn’t have necessarily purchased cartomisers in the last 60 days we will review on an individual basis and replace when we can see the 60 days is not particularly applicable in those cases.

Cartomisers are a consumable item and as such cannot be exchanged or refunded once opened. Only in the instance of a cartomiser found not to be working at all from new will a replacement be considered upon return of the item(s). In this case Miniciggy will need return of any faulty cartomiser(s) before they can be replaced. Over 13 years we have a 98% success rate with our cartomisers so cartomiser issues are very rarely encountered. If a cartomiser is appearing not to work when attached to the battery it is more likely a battery issue. As always we are available to help and advise by email firstname.lastname@example.org
