DELIVERY OF ORDERS
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. You will be notified with full tracking details once your order is despatched so you can track it all the way to your door

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE UK.**
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £20, ROYAL MAIL TRACKED.
- All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard
At checkout you can choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is an additional £2 - Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are sent the same day
- Orders received after 2pm on a Friday are sent on the following Monday
- Replacement items are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Orders of 8 packs or more are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24
95% of all orders are received within 2 days. However, there can on some rare occasions be Royal Mail delays which are out of our control. These are very rare but please allow at least 3 working days for delivery before contacting us.
We have used Royal Mail tracked for 20 years and they are excellent. However, even they can sometimes encounter delays. They are rare but can happen. For this reason we always advise to re-order cartomisers when you are down to one full pack. This should give you ample supply should Royal Mail encounter any slight delay in delivery
